Pants have a stretchy waist and are designed to be a relaxed, comfort fit.
Good material, great pockets, no exchange
When I bought the pants they were too long. On 2/23, Roy from customer service said that instead of exchanging them, I could get them hemmed, send in the receipt and I would get reimbursed. On 3/16, I sent I the receipt. I have neither been reimbursed nor acknowledged. I was going to buy another pair; but now I am not . I only recommend them if you realize that there are no exchanges.

I'm happy to give 5 stars for these pants but if I could I'd give 4.9. There are really great, super comfortable, super practical and even rather flattering. They wash and dry with the minimum of fuss. The key benefit for me is being able to put my phone in a side pocket (without wearing cargo pants) and so not sit on it and wear a whole through the pocket which I've done to way too many pants. I would still suggest 2 updates: either 2 more belt loops at the back and/or a waistband made of less stretch fabric as on me they do tend to drop at the back a little when I have the pockets loaded. My other suggestion is that the leg pockets sit very slightly higher up as on my skinny legs my large phone bangs around and hits me in the back of my knee tendon. But this are very minor grumbles about my go-to everyday pants, I have them in blue and khaki and 2 more pairs still in bags in the closet for when that time comes. A note on sizing; I typically wear a 34" waist sometimes 35" and I originally ordered these pants W34 and had to change them for W32, so my experience is that I needed to size down for future orders. Really do love these pants for everything but they are especially good for travel as they can hold so much, are so comfortable and then also presentable. They can also be washed and dried and then back on super quickly.
